Soups are my favorite quick meal in the winter, and it's easy to eat "in season" food in soups! Just throw it all in! What could be better?
Here's what you'll need:
24 oz frozen broccoli OR 2 fresh heads
8 oz package of cream cheese (1/3 less fat optional)
4 cups chicken stock
1/3 cup heavy cream (whole milk will do in a pinch)
Optional diced/canned chicken to up the protein
